For security purposes, you are required to present a valid Credit/Debit card at check in. Alternatively full payment of your account plus a $200 security bond is due at check in, which can be made by EFTPOS or cash. The security bond will be refunded within 3 days of check out subject to the chalet being left in a satisfactory condition |
| Cancellation |
|
Cancellations made within 7 days of booking arrival date incur a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with more than 7 days notice incur an administration charge
of 20% of total booking charge. |
| Pets |
|
Due to the natural bush environment and native wildlife pets are not permitted under any circumstance. |
